The Notre dame is crowded, particularly on a sunday before service. We filed in and were lucky to hear some singing and organ music as the service opened -- music seeps deep and i think we will all remember this well...

After a bit of walking around, we made our way to the Marais area and found L'as du falafel. This was one of our most anticipated destinations and it did not disappoint! Again, being a sunday, the line was down the street about a half block for the takeaway orders! Someone comes all the way down to where you are in line and takes your order -- very quickly -- and expects you to pay right there. kind of a leap of faith. But all was good. And falafels were amazing, even with all the buildup. Thanks Amy! (we made it back again our last day and ate inside -- again amazing!)
almost there...
